4/21/2020 - Free Mulch Giveaway Canceled
Due to the cancellation of Spring Spruce-Up, which was scheduled for Saturday, April 25, the City of Salina Parks and Forestry Department will no longer give away tree/wood mulch to Salina residents.
This decision was made to align with the Governor's Stay-at-Home Order, which is effective through midnight May 3.
